UK Working Holiday Visa Applications
With effect from 00.01 hours BST on Saturday 2 April 2005, and until further notice, working holidaymaker applications at the visa sections in Colombo, Kuala Lumpur, Gaborone and Windhoek will not be accepted. This move has been taken because of acute operational difficulties caused by an unprecedented increase in the number of working holidaymaker applications in these countries and the adverse affect this increase has had on the wider visa operation.The suspension will be reviewed after six months and any changes will be announced on this website and those of the British High Commissions affected.
